Default inputting figures in cells

In Excel 2003 it's Tools/ Options Edit/ Fixed decimal places that you need
to unset.

I don't have 2007, but I think it may be:
Office button, Excel options, Advanced, 2nd checkbox, which says
"Automatically insert a decimal point"

Hi hope you can help.
I have recently got excel07 on the vista premium platform.
I dont know what I have done, but when i input a number in any cell for
example 102 the cell show 1.02 The only way i can get around it is by
type a decimal point everytime I imput. This problem only arose recently
when
I tried to use help to reduce the number of decimal places, which i can
now
do.
