Default Real Estate analysis

May want to combine your separate sheets into one big data area something
like this:
A B C
Month Year Blt Price

Then you can use a pivot table to look at it different ways. There is a
pivot wizard that asks what range your data is in, and asks you to layout the
resulting pivot table (suggest making a new sheet each time so you can go
back and try again). Takes a little practice to get the best results but
could be set to show you charts, counts, sales totals according to whatever
criteria you want. Hope this helps.

I have gathered the 2007 month by month home sales in our area and have a
separate worksheet for each month sorted by "year built". That said, how do I
analysis what I have? What function can I find to determine what is
selling...Hot market? Thank you so Much in Advance for your help!!
