Default how to create 0 to 0 value charts

You could just select the data and create an XY chart. The ascending and
descending parts of the data will overlay each other. To distinguish
ascending and descending, select the first half of the data, make the XY
chart, then copy the second half of the data, select the chart, and use Edit
menu Paste Special to add the data as a new series (not new points).
