Following are the exact steps I took after creating the MS Access database
table.
1. From Excel, select Pivot Table
2. Select External Data Source
3. Get Data
4. Choose Data Source, I selected MS Access
5. Select Database, I selected the .mdb file I created
6. Add table, I selected the table which I called "2007YTD"
7. A window entitled Microsoft Query opened with the message "Can't access
table 2007YTD".
