Default How to red flag certian numbers when entered to a spredsheet

To highlight duplicate numbers see Chip Pearson's site for using CF.

To prevent duplicate numbers in the first place using Data Validation see Chip's
site at

http://www.cpearson.com/excel/NoDupEntry.aspx

How many "certain numbers" are you looking at?

Conditional formatting will give you 3 conditions(4 if you count default)

Excel 2007 allows more than that.

For up to 30 conditions in versions 97 through 2003 you can use Bob Phillips'
CFPlus add-in.
