My boss is having this problem getting an excel document from a particular
user by email and whenever he gets his spreadsheets, the page setup changes,
its goes from whatever paper size to postcard sef and he has to change the
setting every time he tries to print the document. it seems like his paper
size defaults to postcard SEF.

Now, if I am getting the same file from the same user, they usually comes
out fine and my boss doesn't have any problem with the other user just this
particular user.

We all use office 2003. I even change the user's computer and reinstall MS
Office., same problem.....so im thinking its the file that he is using but
these are macros enabled files and nobody here knows how to re-create them.

Pls HELP....im stumped....
