Default RANDOM # around a MEAN with STANDARD DEVIATION
In Excel 2007, how can I create random numbers around a mean of 7 or some
other specific number?

I have to generate 36 random numbers around the mean of 6 with standard
deviation of 10.

Also how can I change the seed in 2007?
