I need some assistance ranking a set of numbers. Here is the help screen
that Microsoft provides.

Formula Description (Result)
=RANK(A3,A2:A6,1) Rank of 3.5 in the list above (3)
=RANK(A2,A2:A6,1) Rank of 7 in the list above (5)


This works great if I want to rank cell A1 #5. What is the formula is I
want cell A1 (the highest) to be ranked #1?
