If the S is in the same range of B3:B34 then
=IF(COUNTIF(B3:B34,"S")0,COUNTIF(B3:B34,"W")+5,CO UNTIF(B3:B34,"W"))
If you wanted to add 5 for every S in the same range, then
=COUNTIF(B3:B34,"S")*5+COUNTIF(B3:B34,"W")
