One way
Add an extra column to sheet 1 with the formula
=A1&"|"&B1
copy down as far as required.
On sheet 2, in C1
=INDEX(Sheet1!C:C,MATCH(Sheet2!A1&"|"&Sheet2!B1,Sh eet1!D:D))
