And another possibility. You may be looking for a header.
Go to ViewHeader and FooterView
Then on the Header/Footer Tab click on Custom Header

And just as an aside, as Frank said you can use Right ClickRename
on a sheet tab which can also be achieved by simply double clicking
on the sheet tab.
