For each PC boot, when I invoke Microsoft Excel Help the first time, I get
the assisstant up select an item after search, it takes a while for the
window to appear, like it's going through some initialization process. I
check my directories and the files are compiled HTML files. Is this normal?

I use XP and Excel 2000.
