Default how do I copy a graph from excel 2003?

girlfrmedc,

You can copy the chart, as filtered, and paste directly onto a slide. Don't make a chart in
the slide -- just pick a place in the slide and paste it. It may embed the whole workbook,
making your presentation file larger, and exposing the entire contents of the workbook to
anyone who has the presentation and has Excel. To prevent that, use Edit - Paste special,
and don't use "Microsoft Excel Object." Instead use a picture format, like metafile. It
will not be linked to the original Excel sheet either -- it will be a frozen picture, as it
looked when you copied it.

Some folks prefer bottom-posting.
But if you bottom-post to a reply that's
already top-posted, the thread gets messy.

I need to copy my chart into PowerPoint. The data that I used to create the
chart has an autofilter on. Does the autofilter need to be removed first?
