Default Conditional formatting

check that you have relative references in your conditional formula

I want to have a row change color if for example if the words in column L
contain "NO OS" then change the row to green or if the words in column L
contain "NO OS complaint" then change the row to blue. I have 4 different
choices that could be in column L or it can be blank. How do I get it to do
this? I have tried different formulas and I will only get one color for the
whole worksheet when I copy the conditional formatting down the rows.
