Default Date in header that is not the current date

You can select all of the worksheets in the workbook at once then choose View
| Headers and Footers and then choose Custom Header and manually enter the
date you prefer in the header. All sheets will get the update. After
closing the dialog, be sure and select a single sheet because any changes you
make to the visible sheet without ungrouping them will also be made on all
currently selected sheets.

Repeat monthly?

How do you insert a date other than the current date in a header on various
worksheets in a workbook?
For example, today'sa date is '16 August 2007', How do I ensure the header
for each worksheet shows the date '31 July 2007' and then change this on a
monthly basis?
