Default New Workbook

FileNew...Blank workbook will give you the default Excel workbook which you
cannot change so no way of "fixing" that.

FileNew(no ellipsis) or clicking the the New File Icon will give you your
customized workbook which is saved as a Template named BOOK.XLT and stored in
your XLSTART folder.
