Default Pivot Table Variance help

I'm wondering if there is any way of doing a variance % column in a pivot
table.

I've worked out the variances of two columns, by subtracting the actual
column by the real column, giving me a variance column.

I've also got a variance % column, basically dividing the variance column by
the actual numbers. But whenever I create a pivot table the % variance column
sums all the figures together giving me totals like 200%. Wondering if there
is a way to have the totals dividing the actual number column by the variance
number column.

Thanks for any help.
