Thanks - looked all over for that. The ribbon may be 'intuitive' but how
many (7? more?) years of using the other inteface seems to have taken the
intuit out of my intuition, plus I didn't even find mention of that method in
2007 Help :-<
Actually, now that you've pointed it out, I think I must have looked right
at it and missed it. Too much info presented to find the unfamiliar easily?

You can still do series fills the "menu" way... click the Home tab on the
Ribbon and in the Editing panel, click the Fill icon (box with a down arrow
in it).
