Default Coma Separator in Numbers

A custom number format of

[=10000000]##\,##\,##\,##0.00;[=100000]##\,##\,##0.00;##,##0.00

will format say 1234567890 as 123,45,67,890.00

Excel has a Thousand coma seperator. I need the numerals to be displayed /
entered having a hundred coma seperator. (i.e.) Excel accepts and shows
the
value "A hundred Million" as 100,000,000.00. I want this to be accepted
and
the number shown as 10,00,00,000.00. I would like to know how do I change
the
position of the Coma Seperator?
