I went ahead and entered the formula below, which is working o.k. but when I
take the same formula, and change the IF($C$14="D" to "N".. it will not work.
It DID work the first time I put the formula in...

=IF($C$14="D",SUMIF($O$20:$O$33,"Float. Hol/B-day",$N$20:$N$33),"")
