What I do for simplicity's sake:

Copy all the formulas over
Go into the address bar for one of the cells.

Copy everything from the initial ' to the second '

get out of the cell

Edit/Find/Replace

Paste what you copied in the find

Replace with blank

OR, if reference is to a different tab, replace with tab name.
