Default Adding rows to tables in 2 different sheets

Hi,

You can group the worksheet tab by the pressing the CTRL key, and then
insert enter few rows in one sheet. This automatically insert the same number
of rows in the same location in the other sheet.

Then right-click the sheet tab and select Ungroup Sheets to deselct the
grouped sheets.
