I used page

Select a cell whwre you want the data and then

Data|Import external data|new web query

Paste the link above in the address bar and click Go
Select the table you want to import by clicking the yellow arrow and it
turns into a green tick.
Click import.

Right click the query and click edit data range to set up refresh frequency.
