redo File | Send To | Mail Recipient

This will undo the header

This brings up a toolbar with envelope data - To, Cc, Subject, etc. Once
this toolbar appears, it seems to be permanent. Is there any way to hide it,
once the message has been sent?

I am using Excel 2000/2003.
