Default show plus sign in grid

Just use a custom format (click formatcellsnumber and select custom) for
all the cells like

+0.00;-0.00;0.00

or if you are using US currency

+$#,##0.00;-$#,##0.00;$#,##0.00


no need to physically put it in the cell, just enter the numbers normally
and it will display the way you want
