If the grahic is an image/logo it sounds like its a static graphic that would
be used many times within Access on invoices, forms, reports, etc. What you
can do is first link your Excel table into Access (right click in the Access
Database window, click on "link" and direct Access to the proper folder/file.
Then ... find the graphic file, create a table that you can create a field
for it in (ole object field data type) but instead of embedding the graphic
click on the "link" option. With that graphic in a field you can insert it
into any Access object.

Give that a shot.
