I'm not "positive" about 2003 but with 2002 you should just save as a
regular file as you would for use in 2002. Some features may NOT be backward
compatible. Try saving as a different name.

Hi,
When opening a excel 2003 file (even saving it as 97 2000, 2003

compatible),
in excel 97 , and later saving it to 97 format, a message box appears

saying
that if i click yes some info will be lost.
I would like to know if that info that will be lost, could be critical

(like
macros, formulas, etc). If it is so, is there any way to avoid it?
