Hi!

Right click any toolbar.
Select Customize from the menu that appears.
Select the Toolbars tab.
Scroll down and near the bottom you'll see: STOP RECORDING
Check STOP RECORDING.
Close

If you are recording a macro and hit the "X" instead of
the "blue button" (STOP RECORDING) that will cause the
toolbar to not appear.
