Default Merging Workbooks

A departmental template is used for tracking employees progress with included
macros, widen columns, drop down task bar, hourly formulas are preset, etc.

However, the template uses the columns/rows shown below - which is causing a
problem....and the template date is set at 30 days which means that the time
of merging has expired.

4/18/2007 ENTER TODAY'S DATE NANCY QTY MIN
9.50 ANY RED AREAS INDICATE MISSING OR INVALID
INFORMATION #UTLS 0 0
Tasks: Click the down arrow tab at the bottom right of task name QTY. START
TIME END TIME MIN. NOTES ADDRESS RESEARCH 0 0
AGENCY ADDRESS CHANGES 0 0

Is there a simple way w/o having to copy/paste each daily/monthly worksheet
per employee one by one to get the information to merge into one document.

Examples: Employee Ann worked 21 days in June = a task sheet 010107.txt,
010207.txt, etc, is completed daily = 21 workbooks are currently available -
how can I get all 22 sheets to merge alongside Jan - May workbooks as well
(past merge date) Is it possible?

Each task is set already preset, all the employees have to do is choose from
the drop down box the task completed and include the start/end times and/or
notes in the selected fields.
