Default New files

Thanks Gordon. I think I can get it to work that way. Just a little
manipulation and I'm paste free! Now on to outlook and how to save down the
files automatically so I don't have to do that either!

And how do you get this outside information? In what format does it
arrive on your machine?

well if your sheet is EXACTLY the same format each time, and the
received sheet is EXACTLY the same format each time, just set up links
in your sheet to it. it will take some time to do, but you only need to
do it once. then when you receive the next sheet, save it in the same
location as the previous, and all your data will automatically update
with no need for any copying and pasting....
