Default excel startup

Check the XLStart directory to see if there is a file lurking there.

After upgrading from Excel 2003 to Excel 2007, now when I start Excel, it
comes up with a message window that it is trying to open excelint.exe and
the
format of the file does not match the file extension. I should check the
file
to make sure it is not corrupted. I am not trying to open this file. I am
just starting Excel. Any ideas? thanks.
