Default Subject: return a result from multiple conditions.

=SUMPRODUCT(--($A$2:$A$4=DATE(2007,7,9)),($C$2:$C$4="IN")*($B$2: $B$4)-(($C$2:$C$4="DD")+($C$2:$C$4="OT"))*($B$2:$B$4))

Is there one formula that will do the following?
A1:A3 = 7/9/2007 AND column C1:C3 =IN, then count (ADD) B1:B3
BUT if column C1:C3 = DD then subtract from the count of B1:B3
AND if colmun C1:C3 = OT then subtract from the count of B1:B3.

date count in/ot/dd
7/9/2007 10 IN
7/9/2007 1 DD
7/9/2007 8 OT

Example: +10 "IN" - 1 "DD" + 8 "OT" would = 1 on 6/27/07
Excel 2003, Thanks.
