Excel 2002 onwards, in step 3 of the text import wizard there is an
advanced button where you can set this option

Recently someone mentioned that they accomplish this with the import

until I was blue in the face but cannot find it so I assume that-if this

correct-it is in a version newer than the one(s) I use (I didn't hear what
