Time formatting
It sounds like your "Times" are actually text. Try:
Copy an unused cell, select the whole range of "times" and the Paste Special
Add. This will concert the text to decimals. Now re-format the range to
the time format of your choice.

I received some data containing time values as follows
11:44:46 AM
03:47:51 PM
I format the cells to appear in military time as follows
11:44:46
15:47:51
The problem is, the only way I can get the cell to display the military
time
formatting is to manually edit (double click inside the cell) and then
click
outside the cell.
No way am I doing this 15,000 times so it will display the formatting that
is obviously there. Help please!
