Default Check Box & Counter


I have a table in Excel. Need to add a check box and a counter to
display the number of ticks based on the check box.

In addition, there are 3 sheets with the above, and we need to display
the summary/total from the 3 sheets into another sheet.

Please advise how can I achieve this.

Appreciate your help on this.
