Send to Back moves the clipart behind other objects (shapes, charts,
buttons) in the drawing layer, but the drawing layer still obscures the
cells.
You could put the text into textboxes, which lie in front of the clipart in
the drawing layer. Not ideal. You can make a textbox (or other shape)
display text from a cell by selecting the textbox, not in text edit mode,
clicking in the formula bar, typing =, then clicking on the cell with the
mouse.
