Default separate windows in excel 2007

I edited some stuff in the ADVANCED area of FILE TYPES after googling the
problem, but to no avail.

That is the answer though. Go into file types again and find each extension
you want to modify, XLSX, XLSM, etc. In Advanced and Open uncheck Use DDE.
And then add a space and a %1 after the /e on the command line. This will
made Windows open a new Excel instance with each file loaded by
double-clicking it.

| Can't seem to do it in 2007 (Even though Word still does it).
