Default print with comment in worksheet

Will doing this make the comment indicator print in the cell? I don't need
the comment to print out - just the (red) indicator. Is this possible? I did
see that someone mentioned activating the "comments/indicator at the option
menu" but my option menu doesn't give that as an option - only layout and
print quality. I also already have "as displayed on sheet" checked off but
nothing happened. I'm using Excel 2003 SP2 (this is at my job - I don't own
Office at home).

Thanks for any help you can send my way!

Go to page setup on the sheet tab. Under Print, and comments, select "as
displayed on sheet."

Hope this helps,
Chad

hi community

I displayed out my comments in my worksheet and wanted to do a print out
with the comment as well, but when I do a print preview, I only can see the
worksheet data but no comments can be seen ???

Note:
I already activated the comments/indicator at the option menu

is it possible to have comment be printed along with worksheet data ?

any help much appreciated :)

thanks community
