Very easy:

1. turn on the Macro Recorder
Tools Macro Record New Macro

2. perform your tasks once manually

3. turn off the Macro Recorder
Tools Macro Stop Recording

The Recorder will record your actions. The resulting macro may require a
tiny bit of tweaking.
