Don't rename the sheets.

Insert a new blank sheet before the sheets to SUM

Name it Start

Insert a new blank sheet after the sheets to SUM

Formula would be =SUM(Start:End!Z100)

When adding new sheets in the future make sure they are inserted between Start
and End.
