Dear al,

Could anybody help me getting the suitable code to do the following:

* CountIf Sheet1 E:E 7 and Sheet1 C:C = Sheet2 A:A
* CountIf Sheet1 E:E <4 and Sheet1 C:C = Sheet2 A:A
