Good morning,

I have a document I need help on.

A B C D E
1 5
2 01/01/2007 7
3 01/02/2007 6
4 01/03/2007 5.5
5 01/04/2007 4.2

I want to say "Find the first value that is either less than or equal to b1
in D2:D5 and play what the date is on cell E1"

Hopefully that makes sense.

I tried VLOOKUP, didn't make sense, tried Find ... didn't work. I am lost and
a noob on excel.
