Default How to avoid opening alert message when click on hyperlinks?

Have a look at this KB Article for disabling that "some files may contain
viruses" message in Office 2003

http://support.microsoft.com/kb/829072/en-us

Note: involves making a change in the Registry

Good idea to create a Restore Point prior to altering.

I want to avoid this alert message. How to get rid of this?
