With XL2003 the Template Wizard when loaded in ToolsAdd-ins shows up on the
Data menu.

I click on it and get "cannot run template wizard while excel is embedded in
another application"

Have chased this until blue in the face but cannot defeat it.

"ignore other applications" on or off......no difference.

Went so far as to disable AV and some other apps but no joy.

Any ideas? Anybody?
