Generally no. However a couple of possibilities:-

1. Did you save a backup, if so restore it.
2. Do you save to a network drive that is backed up, if so ask the network
administrator to restore it.
3. Did you or anyone else mail a copy to anyone, if so you may have a copy
(possibly not the most recent) in your sent items.
