purchase and need to count the number of completed awards only if date
awarded field is blank. I've tried COUNTA, SUMIF, and keep coming up with
errors. Do I need to combine functions? If so, how do I do this on the
function bar? I'm a newbie and am not yet ready to get into VBA. Thanks!
