Default Suggestion: Excel needs a swap option.

I agree............select two ranges and hit the "Swap" button would be nice.

You can do it via VBA as David points out.

A little easier method.

Select the row or column or range then hold SHIFT key and mouse pointer on side
of range to drag to where you wish.

Two such operations will get the swap completed.
