Try this:

1. From the Tools Menu select "Customize..."
2. Click on the "Toolbars" Tab
3. Scroll to the bottom of the Toolbars list and highlight "Worksheet Menu
Bar"
4. Click on the "Reset..." Button
5. Click OK
6. Click CLOSE
