Default COPY WORD DATA TO EXCEL

No -- format is not rich text file -- that is how the file is saved.

When I say format, I mean do you have tabbed columns of number/text or is
your data in a table or did you use the space bar to put white space between
columns... if you have columns at all.

Whether it is a txt file or a doc isn't what we need to know -- how is your
actual data entered into Microsoft Word?

What format is your Word data in?

Can you use the Word function to convert text to a table? If so then
copy
and paste is easy.

Before anyone can help you -- knowing how your Word data is formatted
would
be necessary.
