Default Query on Category & Sub-category

Hi,

Do the following;

1. Create one sheet with data oraganized in a cloumn with appropriate
column heading in the first row of excel sheet.
2. Create a Pivot table in the other sheet using the data from Step 1.
3. Hide the sheet whcih contains the data

Note: Now when you refresh the Pivotable, the data will automatically get
data from your source ecxel sheet.
